Joyce Lynn Hodge Davenport, age 59 of Pembroke passed away Saturday, November 04, 2017 at her home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Stokes officiating. Burial will follow in New Barren Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Ms. Davenport was born in Hopkinsville, KY on October 27, 1958, the daughter of Angie West Rogers of Hopkinsville and the late John Hodge. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Shurdan Creek Baptist Church and was a Sunday school teacher at the church. She is preceded in death by her step-father, Kenneth Dale Rogers, her son, David Parrish, her brothers, Roger Hodge, Wayne Hodge, and her sister, Teresa Hodge Brummett.
Survivors include her mother, Angie West Rogers of Hopkinsville; her son, Jonathan Davenport and his wife Jennifer of Hopkinsville; her daughter, Maria Zivotin-Fritz and her husband James of Hopkinsville; her brother, Darrell Bennett of Christian County; her sister, Carolyn Adams and her husband, Wayne of Dalton, KY; four grandchildren, Kassity Zivotin, Lathan Davenport, Kobe Zivotin, and Korey Zivotin and one great granddaughter, Gracie Yates.
