Willie Lee Grace, age 78, of Pyle Lane in Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 at her home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 12:00 PM Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Brother David Tucker officiating with burial to follow in Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery West. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from 9:30 AM until 12:00 PM Thursday, September 15, 2022. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Willie Lee was born on September 4, 1944, in Cadiz, KY to the late L.C. Carneyhan and Nina Mae Milam Carneyhan. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Hopkinsville. Mrs. Grace loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and jigsaw puzzles. Willie Lee liked watching her many fish and listening to gospel music. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Grace; her brothers, Ronnie Carneyhan, William Earl Carneyhan, Ricky Carneyhan, Clifford Carneyhan; her sisters, Barbara Carneyhan, Mamie Ruth Chatman, Lousie Delawson; and her great-granddaughter, Dakota Coleman.
Survivors include her sons, Allen Coleman and his wife Angie of Cerulean, KY, Tracey Coleman and wife Beth of Cerulean, KY, Troy Coleman and wife Tammie of Hopkinsville, KY, Thomas Grace of Hopkinsville, KY; her brother, Bobby Carneyhan and his wife Sandy of Cerulean, KY; her brother-in-law, Donnie Stewart of Cadiz; her sisters-in-law, Molly Carneyhan of Cerulean, Sharon Carneyhan of Paducah; ten grandchildren, Carl Coleman, Nicolas Coleman and wife Tonya Jo, Amanda Coleman and her husband Ryan, Kristin Coleman, Kayla Coleman, Kendall Coleman, Tayler Farmer and her husband Colton, Trinitie Coleman, Mike Grace and wife Kaitlyn, Jennifer Grace; great-grandchildren, Cordell Douglas, Travis Douglas, Isley Coleman, Braden Coleman, Caden Coleman, Emma Grace McPherson, Coleson Grace, Clayton Grace, Adam Grace, Ashton Grace, Aaron Ly, Adrian Ly; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Pennyroyal Hospice, 220 Burley Avenue, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
