Terri Lynn Ortt

Terri Lynn Hayes Ortt, age 64, of Oak Grove, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a Celebration of Life Service to be at 12:30 PM on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Beck officiating. Visitation to be held at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

Ms. Ortt was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on December 16, 1956, the daughter of the late Douglas and Betty Malone Hayes. Terri was a caregiver for Pennyroyal Hospice in her earlier years and then became a private caregiver. She was of the Methodist Faith.

Survivors include her companion of 19 years, Bobby Miller of Oak Grove; her son, Erik Ortt and his wife Keara of Nicholasville; her stepdaughter, Chasity Ortt Davis of Hopkinsville; her brother, Craig Hayes and his wife Angie of Hendersonville, TN; her sister, Donna Leavell and her husband Richard of Hopkinsville; her step grandson, five nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and two bonus granddaughters.
