Tammie Rae Dragoo

Tammie Rae Dragoo, age 53, of Christian County, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at her home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Brother Leon Parker, Brother Tim Hughes and Brother David Walker officiating and burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, from 10:00 AM until the service hour at 12:00 Noon. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

Miss Dragoo was born in Covington, KY, on August 29, 1968, the daughter of Leon Parker, Sr. and Helen Orten Parker. Tammie worked at Trace Industries and retired from Holiday Inn. She was a member of Gospel of Peace Church and enjoyed attending Hands of Hope Services.

Survivors include her parents, Leon Parker, Sr. and Helen Orten Parker of Hopkinsville; her brother, Leon Parker, Jr. of Hopkinsville; her sister, Renea Forguson and her husband Brent of Hopkinsville; her nieces, Hannah Halstead, and Jennifer Jones; her nephews, Justin Parker, Brandon Parker and Landon Parker, and Tyler Forguson; and several proud great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Pennyroyal Hospice or Hands of Hope.
