Stephanie Lynn Cohoon

Stephanie Lynn Cohoon, age 49, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021, at Baptist Health Madisonville of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with Graveside Services to be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at Green Hill Memorial Gardens with Bro. Ron Hicks officiating. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

Ms. Cohoon was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on May 20, 1972, the daughter of Patricia Faye Adler and the late Michael Clyde Cohoon. Stephanie was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her mother, Patricia Faye Adler of La Fayette, LA, survivors include her two daughters, Kara Foster and her husband John of Owensboro, KY, and Faithlyn Walls of Hopkinsville, KY; her half-brother, Shawn Cohoon of Hopkinsville; her half-sister, Tiffanie Witt of Hopkinsville; and her stepmother, Diane Lee of Hopkinsville; and her grandson, Dallin Foster.
