Roberta Locklear

               
            
   Roberta “Bobbie” Jones Locklear, age 83, of Winona Court, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at her home from natural causes. Joint funeral services with her husband will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to following in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
   Mrs. Locklear was born March 1, 1934, in Hopkinsville, KY; the daughter of the late Harper Boyd and Roberta Cobb Jones. She worked twenty-five years for the Civil Service at Ft. Campbell and then worked seven years for the Civil Service in Germany where she retired from. Bobbie was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Rufus “Jim” Locklear.
Survivors include her daughter, Anita Kay Locklear Stevanus and her husband, Glenn Jr. of Clarksville, TN; two grandchildren, Glenn Stevanus III and his wife, Mellissia of Clarksville, TN, and Chad Stevanus of Clarksville, TN.
