Reba M. Phelps

Reba M. Phelps, age 35, of Hopkinsville, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 12:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Wilson officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Ms. Phelps was born in Christian County, KY, on February 14, 1984 the daughter of Tina Tagaban. She worked in retail at the Kangaroo, also known as “The Pantry”. She was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her mother, Tina Tagaban of Hopkinsville; her daughter, Kaitlyn Rodriguez of Hopkinsville; her maternal grandmother, Charlsie Keown Ferrell of Hopkinsville; her brother, Louis Michael Tagaban and his wife Alicia of Hopkinsville; her sisters, Amanda Matlock and her husband Dale of Hopkinsville, Melissa Phelps of Hopkinsville; one aunt; one uncle; several cousins; eight nieces and nephews, and two great nieces.
