Phillip Moore

    
Phillip Moore age 54, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at his home of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a Celebration of Life Service to be 2:00PM Friday, March 19, 2021 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1:00PM until 2:00PM on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

            Mr. Moore was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on October 20, 1966, the son of the late Wayne Douglas and Mary Eleanor Jackson Moore. Phillip served in the United State Army National Guard and work in maintenance at Western State Hospital.  He was a member of New Palestine Church. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Moore.

            Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Jackie Wynn Moore; his son, Travis D. Moore of Hopkinsville; his daughter, Tiffany Wheelus and her husband Bryce of Clarksville, TN; his sister, Tammy Moore Worsham and her husband Steven of Herndon, KY; and three grandchildren, Kenzie, Caleb, and Blake Wheelus.
