Mary Ellen Weatherwax

           
Mary Ellen Weatherwax age 76, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021, at Baptist Health in Madisonville of natural causes. The family has chosen a private graveside service to be held at a later date in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

            Mrs. Weatherwax was born in Clarksville, TN, on November 26, 1944, the daughter of the late Otho and Ellen Brake Moore. Mary Ellen was a homemaker and a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Weatherwax in 2011. 

            Survivors include her daughters, Tracy Hawkins and her husband Brian of Alabama, Teresa Weatherwax Duncan of Hopkinsville, and Tiffany Eades of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Taelor Michelle Duncan, Tomas Weatherwax Duncan, Tobias Weatherwax Duncan and Trista Madison Browning.
