Mary Alice Provo

Mary Alice Provo, age 86, of Hopkinsville, passed away on October 16, 2020, at her home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be on at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October, 20, 2020 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

   Mary was born in Sandusky, IL, on April 30, 1934, to the late Jesse John Provo and the late Mable Canter Tibbs Provo Pettit. She worked for 22 years for the State of Kentucky in Unemployment Insurance and was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Omy Lee Futrill Crandall in 1995; her three brothers, Jesse Provo, Donald Provo, and Barry Wayne Provo; and her two sisters, Deann Provo and Daricy Provo.

   Survivors include her daughter, Brenda F. Raber and her husband Frank of Hopkinsville; her son, Bobby Lee Futrill, Jr. of Hopkinsville; her brother, Francis Ray Pettit and his wife Deedee of Urbandale, IL; her four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
