Mary Jane Dycus

Mary Jane Dycus age 70, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Bradford Heights of natural causes. The family has chosen a private service to be held at a later date in Riverside Cemetery. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

            Mrs. Dycus was born in Detroit Michigan, on June 6, 1950, the son of the late Floyd and Gladys Laws. She was a homemaker and worked at US Tobacco. Mary was a member of New Covenant of Grace Ministries. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Dycus; her daughter, Sherry Haby in 2014, and two brothers.

            Survivors include her sons, Gerald Dycus and his wife Shelly of Yorkville, TN, and Johnny Dycus of Hopkinsville; her daughter, Diana Daniels and her husband Richard of Hopkinsville; her sister, Linda Gilkey of Hopkinsville; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
