Jane Duvall

               
Jane Loftus Duvall, age 80, of Hopkinsville passed away Friday, September 13, 2019, at St. Thomas Hospital of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, September 16, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Bro. Brent Crabtree officiating and burial to follow at New Barren Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, September 15, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home, Hopkinsville.

Mrs. Duvall was born in Hopkinsville, KY on May 1, 1939, the daughter of the late Leslie Ray and Mary Lucille Russell Loftus. She had worked at Hopkinsville Clothing Company, First City Bank, Green Hill Memorial Gardens and as a secretary at the Commonwealth of Kentucky Social Services office. She was a lifelong member of Dogwood Christian Church where she was a Deacon and also the pianist since the age of 12.

In addition to her parents, Jane was also preceded in death by one son, Howard Alan Duvall, in infancy.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Oscar L. “Prock” Duvall of Christian County; her daughter; Jan Monday and her husband Roy of Christian County; her brother, Donald Loftus and his wife Gail of Christian County; her sister, Diane Boley and her husband Randy of Christian County. Survivors also include her two grandchildren, Ross Monday and Leslie Noisworthy; her two great grandchildren, Andrea Monday and Erica Raup.
