Margie Steinfeld, age 85, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehab Center of natural causes. There will be no immediate services. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Steinfeld was born in St. Louis, MO, on March 16, 1934 the daughter of the late Oliver and Margaret Ridenour Fischer. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by six brothers.
Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Robert “Bob” Steinfeld of Hopkinsville; her son, James William Steinfeld of Hopkinsville, KY; two daughters, Lori Becker of Hopkinsville, KY, LuAnn Benson and her husband George of Crofton, KY; her brothers, Oliver Fischer of Warrenton, MO, Jerry Fischer of Springfield, MO; her sisters, Shirley Strasser, Lois Barth, Janet Wetzel, Mary Lou Awalt all of St. Louis, MO; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
