Mabel Ruth Foley

Mabel Ruth Foley, age 99, of Pembroke passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00PM on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Pembroke Baptist Church with burial to follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Visitation will be at Pembroke Baptist Church Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.

Mrs. Foley was born in Lyon County, KY, on May 22, 1922, the daughter of the late Beeler Ferguson and Katie Adams Ferguson. Mabel was retired from Thomas Industries and was the oldest member of Pembroke Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Foley; her daughter, Joyce Oliver; four brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include her son, Pete Glass and his wife Linda of Pembroke, Jerry Glass, of Eddyville; her step-daughters, Pat Gardner, of Missouri, June Hauck, of Florida; her brother, Charles Ferguson, of Eddyville; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.
