Lorene Alma Duplechain

Lorene Alma Duplechain, age 94, of Gilkey Lane, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at her home of natural causes. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 19, 2018, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop John Waldrop and Michael Richardson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Monday, March 19, 2018, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
   Mrs. Duplechain was born in Beulah, North Dakota, on January 19, 1924, to the late Christian Moen and Bessie Marie Daves Cole. Lorene was a freelance jewelry manufacturer and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she was a part of the Relief Society. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Jones, Sr., her second husband, Ken Duplechain; her sons, Dale and Johnny Jones; her brothers, Lloyd Corder, Floyd Corder, Murlin Corder, and Dale Moen; her sister, Easter Sylvia Marie Corder.
   Survivors include her son, Charles Jones, Jr. of Cocoa, FL; her daughters, Jacquelyn Jones Colagnione of Cocoa, FL, and Christa Jones Buckner and her husband, Mark of Hopkinsville, KY; twenty-eight grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
