Kristin Lerone Jones

    Kristin Lerone Jones, age 46, of Clarksville, TN, formerly of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away on April 12, 2020 at Tennova Healthcare of natural causes. There will be a private graveside service held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.


   Kristin Lerone Jones was born December 24, 1973, in Detroit, MI to the parents of the late Dennis James Jones Jr. and Jacquelyn Johnson. He attended Central High School in Battle Creek, MI. He served in the military at Ft. Dix, NJ and attended Intellitec Medical in Colorado Springs, CO where he worked as a massage therapist and a personal trainer. He was married and divorced.

   Kris accepted the Lord years ago, and taught bible classes in his spare time. His love was for outdoor hiking, his many guns and his dog, Thor. He leaves behind his mother, Jacquelyn Akins; his step father, Otis Akins Jr.; his two brothers, Steveland Jones (Sheronda Jones) of Las Vegas, NV, Jonathan Jones of Warren, MI; his sister, Veronica Akins of Clarksville, TN; his four nieces; two nephews; five aunts; two uncles; and a host of relatives and friends.

   The most wonderful place in the world is in someones prayers and in some ones heart. The family appreciates your prayers and support in our time of grief. The family says thank you and may the Lord bless each and everyone one of you. Thank you from all of us.
