Kenneth Lloyd “Buddy” “Worm” Orten, age 62, of Crofton, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby McKnight officiating and burial to follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

Buddy was born in Hopkins County, KY on April 4, 1957, the son of the late Lloyd and Betty Sue Fox Orten. He was in construction and owner of K&M Construction.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Charlotte Martin Orten of Crofton; one son, Thomas Orten and his wife Ashley of Crofton; one daughter, Emily Orten Jones and her husband Terry of Crofton; one brother, David Henderickson of Washington, N.C.; two sisters, Deborah “Nana” Brown and her husband William “Petch” of Crofton, Lisa Orten Guinn and her husband Roger of Cadiz; five grandchildren, Ayden L. Orten, Claude Kenneth Lloyd Orten, Alyssia Kern, BlakeTurley, Chase Turley; and four great grandchildren.
