Kathy Ann Blake

Kathy Ann Blake, age 60, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in George West Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, June 21, 2021. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

Ms. Blake was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on May 15, 1961, the daughter of Elwanda June Lee West of Christian County and the late Ben George West. Kathy was a welder at Douglas Autotech. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister, Robbie West.

In addition to her mother, Elwanda June Lee West of Christian County, survivors include her partner of 21 years, Mickey Powall of Christian County; her daughter, Stacy Jaseph of Hopkinsville; her sisters, Karen Good of Hopkinsville and Vicky Gloyd of Hopkinsville; and her grandchildren, Makayla Ward, Cheyenne Ward, and Kole Hutchison.
