Karen Marie Becker Greene

Karen Marie Becker Greene, age 61, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at her home of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a Celebration of Life Visitation to be held at a later date. Memorial visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Monday, March 7, 2022, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements for Mrs. Karen Greene. 

Mrs. Greene was born in Paris, France, on July 29, 1960, the daughter of Ginette LeBouffo Becker of Hopkinsville and the late Roger Becker. Karen was the Christian County High School secretary and was a large part of the KEY Club. The lives impacted by the goodness and joy of Ms. Greene are too numerous for us to count. She gave love to those that needed it most. She was of the Lutheran Faith.

In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, JW Greene of Hopkinsville; her daughter, Lyssa (Robert) Vowell of Hopkinsville; her brother, Daniel (Susan) Becker of Hopkinsville; her sister, Nathalie (Barbara Hawryszczak) Becker of Nashville, TN; and two grandchildren, Kylee Jane and Ella Kate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory into the Karen Greene scholarship fund.
