James Edward Pendleton

James Edward Pendleton, age 63, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at his home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be on Friday, July 2, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Skinner officiating and burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 1, 2021. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

Mr. Pendleton was born in Christian County, on June 17, 1958, the son of the late Pete Pendleton and Edith Simpson Jones. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his three sisters, Dorothy Corley, Linda Render, Brenda Dossett; and his two grandchildren, Micah Pendleton and Jaylinn Nanney.

Survivors include his daughter, Dana Hernandez of Hopkinsville; his son, Michael Pendleton of Hopkinsville; his sister, Betty Sue Stewart of Hopkinsville; his four grandchildren, Dustin Pendleton and his wife Kathleen, Jacob Nanney, Landon Pendleton, Imelda Hernandez; and one great grandchild, Malachi Pendleton.
