Jacob C. Gary

Jacob C. Gary, age 21, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at TriStar Medical Center in Nashville of natural causes. Funeral Services will be on Monday, June 7, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Maddux Fuqua Hinton Funeral Home with Rev. David Harrison officiating and burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Monday, June 7, 2021. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

Mr. Gary was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on August 6, 1999, the son of Jeffery Frank Gary of Hopkinsville and the late Mary Jo Hale Gary. He was a cook at Shoney’s and was a member of Concord Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Frank Marvin Gary; and his maternal grandmother, Shawn Ezell.

In addition to his father, Jeffery Frank Gary and his wife Jill of Hopkinsville; survivors include his three sons, Wyatt Boyd of Hopkinsville, Leo Gary and Caleb Gary both of the home; his two brothers, Dustin Gary of Hopkinsville, Dylan Gary of Hopkinsville; his maternal grandfather, Ted Hale of Johnson City, TN; and his paternal grandmother, Carol Ann Ellis Gary, of Hopkinsville.
