Bishop Gerald Ray Adams

   Bishop Gerald Ray Adams, age 66 of Hopkinsville passed away at 6:41 AM Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at his residence of natural causes. Funeral services will be 1:00PM Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Life Tabernacle Church with Bishop David Bayer, Rev. Danny Stratton, Rev. Bobby Carlton, Rev. Martyn Ballestero, and Rev. Tim Spell officiating. Burial will be 12 Noon on September 10, 2018 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, September 7, 2018 at Life Tabernacle Church. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Bishop Adams was born in Gallatin County, KY, the son of the late Virgil and Elizabeth Beach Adams. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and Bishop of the Life Tabernacle Church. Four brothers and one sister preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Lois Jean Towles Adams of Hopkinsville; three daughters, Sandra Bouldin, Tonya Adams and Amanda Adams all of Hopkinsville, KY; two brothers, Jeff Adams of Warsaw, KY and Steve Adams of Worthville, KY; one sister, Pam Perry of Warsaw, KY; Eight grandchildren.
