Gary Watkins Manning Sr

Gary Watkins Manning, Sr., age 73 of Hopkinsville, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, at this home of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation and welcomes family and friends to stop by the home to pay their respects at any time.  The family has entrusted Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with the care of their loved one. 
 
Mr. Manning was born on December 9, 1950, in Manning, South Carolina, the son of Charles Mellerson and Dorothy Manning. Mr. Manning served our country for 10yrs before starting W.M Cleaning Co. A residential and commercial cleaning company. He was a strong faith believer and A member of the Masonic Ore of the Free Masons.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Manning.  
 
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Doris R. Manning of Hopkinsville, KY; his son Gary W. Manning, Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY; his daughters, LaTessa R. Smith of Broken Arrow, OK, LaRayna C. Manning-Perez of Hopkinsville, KY; his aunt and uncle, Elenora and Buddy Moore of Washington, DC; his sister-in-law, Carolyn Cason Parker of Charles County, MD; his cousin, Angela, Cooper of Maryland; his thirteen grandchildren; and his nineteen great-grandchildren.
