Franklin D. Green

            
   Franklin “Frank” D. Green, age 80, passed away on May 4, 2020, at his residence of natural causes. There will be a private graveside service held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
   
   Mr. Green was born in Louisville, KY on January 21, 1940, the son of the late Thomas and Myrtle Lula Bruner Green. Frank was a Nurse Tech for 23 years at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, and sold Insurance for Liberty Insurance Company. He was a pastor at the Church of God for 23 years and was a Kentucky Colonel. In addition to his parents, preceding him in death is his son, Marty Wade.

   Survivors include his wife, Jamie Green of Hopkinsville; his four daughters, Virginia South and her husband Walter Sr. of Madisonville, KY, Rosetta Faircloth of Jay, NC, Angela Holland and her husband James of North Carolina, and Deanna Robinson of Dawson Springs, KY; his sister Dorothy Gentry of Shepardsville, KY; his ten grandchildren; his three great grandchildren; and his Nephew, Larry Green.

   In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his honor to the Gideon’s International at P.O. Box 982 Hopkinsville, KY 42241.
