Frances Lee Stumbaugh

Frances Lee Rogers Stumbaugh, age 95, of North Drive, Hopkinsville, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in New Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 9, 2017, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

Mrs. Stumbaugh was born in Crofton, KY, on December 12, 1921, to the late Francis Raymond and Maudie Wilson Rogers. She was retired from Brookfield Manor as a nurse’s aide. Frances was a member of Second Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene and Paul Rogers; and her sister, Irene West.

Survivors include her sons, Larry Stumbaugh of Hopkinsville, and Wayne “Tinker” Sisk and his wife, Barbara of Elizabethtown, KY; her daughters, Linda Sue Woolever of Elizabethtown, KY, and Norma Deneen and her husband, James of Elizabethtown, KY; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Chapel House at 100 North Drive Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
