Eugenia Diane Phelps

Eugenia Diane Phelps, age 72, of Hopkinsville, passed away on February 7, 2020, at Bradford Heights Nursing Home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 12:00 PM Noon on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM unitl the service hour on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

Ms.Phelps was born in Hopkinsville, KY on July 3, 1947, the daughter of the late James Phelps and Esther Elwanda Dossett Perez. Diane was a nurse aide. She was a member of Grace Ministries.

Survivors include her two sons, Zachary Fleming and his wife Brittany of Hopkinsville, Josh Saltsman of Paducah; her three daughters, Holly Perez-Knight of Hopkinsville, Angela Bennette of Hopkinsville, Demitria Dorsey of Delaware, one sister Janie Phelps of Florida, thirteen grandchildren, Mark, Ashley, Jordan, Skylar, Jaiden, Kylie-Ann, Jonas, Noah, Sophie, Lexi, and Griffin; and ten great grandchildren.
