Elmer Joseph Oleniczak

Elmer Joseph Oleniczak, age 95, of Hillside Terrace, Hopkinsville passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018, at Christian Health Center of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with services being at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Oleniczak was born November 3, 1922, in Milwaukee, WI, to the late Michael and Carrie Radowski Oleniczak. He was a veteran in the US Navy serving during WWII. He was a foreman at Water Works he also worked for Key West water authority. Elmer was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary and attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion A Oleniczak in 2013; his brother, Edmund Oleniczak; his sister, Ruth Due; and his son-n-law, James Motes.
He is survived by his son, Glenn Oleniczak and his wife, Patty of Milwaukee, WI; his daughter, Deborah Motes of Hopkinsville; his sister, Sonia Oleniczak of Milwaukee, WI.
