Elizabeth Stoltzfus

Elizabeth S. Stoltzfus, age 69, of Herndon passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at her home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 10:00AM on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 11288 at her home at 11288 Lonnie Walker HWY in Herndon with burial to follow in Fentress Lane Cemetery. Visitation will be at her home at 11288 Lonnie Walker HWY in Herndon beginning on Friday, August 5, 2022 up until the service time on Saturday. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.

Mrs. Stoltzfus was born in Morgantown, Pennsylvania on June 22, 1953, the daughter of the late Jacob L and Emma King Stoltzfus. She was the owner of Stoltzfus Variety Store and a member of the Old Order Amish Church in Herndon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son and her stillborn grandchild.

Survivors include her husband, Israel F. Stoltzfus of Herndon, her four sons, John Stoltzfus (Emma) of Herndon, Emanuel Stoltzfus (Emma) of Pembroke, Jacob Stoltzfus (Lydia) of Princeton, and Amos Stoltzfus (Emma) of Princeton; her five daughters, Emma Riehl (Stephen) of Oak Grove, Rachel Smoker (Jacob) of Herndon, Mary Stoltzfus (John) of Herndon, Fannie Riehl (Eli) of Herndon, and Elizabeth Stoltzfus (Christian) of Cadiz; her three brothers, Samuel Stoltzfus (Barbara) of Pennsylvania, Isaac Stoltzfus (Annie) of Pennsylvania, and Amos Stoltzfus (Sadie) of Kentucky; her three sisters, Mary Stoltzfus (Stephen) of Wisconsin, Rebecca Smucker of Wisconsin, and Emma Lapp (Amos) of Wisconsin; seventy-nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
