Diana Marie Couchman

               
Diana Marie Smith Couchman, age 70, of Gary Lane, Hopkinsville passed away at 5:20 AM Friday, May 10, 2019, at her home. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Rev. Alix Hilaire officiating with burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home, Hopkinsville.

Mrs. Couchman was born in Copperstown, NY on April 3, 1949, the daughter of Genevieve Smith, and the late Edward P. Smith.  She was a bank teller for First City, BB&T, and United Southern. She was a member of Hopkinsville Church of the Nazarene and the Gideons Auxiliary.

In addition to her mother, Genevieve Smith of Mohawk, NY; survivors include her husband of 47 years, Jon Kit Couchman of Hopkinsville; her sons, Kenneth Lee Couchman and his wife, Jennifer of Oklahoma City, OK and Brenden Paul Couchman and his wife, Jennifer of Hopkinsville; her brother, Richard Smith and his wife, Ann of Richfield Springs, NY and six grandchildren, Janice, Leanna, Emily, Evan, Abigail, and Anna.
