Sue A. Edwards, age 87 formerly of Chippewa Drive passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Princeton Health & Rehab of natural causes. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Cathy Trussell officiating. Visitation hours will be from 12 Noon-1PM, Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Maddux- Fuqua- Hinton Funeral Home.


Mrs. Edwards was born January 6, 1932 in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Johnnie and Stella Rebecca Penrod Allison.  She was the owner/operator of Answering Service of Hopkinsville. She was a member of Henderson Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Garland Adolph Edwards in 2011; her brother, Donald Allison; her sisters, Beverly Tyson, Violet Louise Allison and Nell Garvey; and her son-in-law, Mark Roseberry.
Survivors include her son, Garland Alan Edwards and his wife, Mary of Pierrion, Il; her daughters, Ann Roseberry of Hopkinsville, Allison Edwards and her husband, Ken Cooley of Cadiz, KY, Julia Arie Edwards of Virginia Beach, VA, and Amy Buster and her husband, Gerald of Cerulean, KY; three grandchildren, John Scott Roseberry, Cate Hanford and Samuel Cooley.
