Carolyn Dianne Moore

Carolyn Dianne Moore, age 65, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on January 23, 2020, at her home of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to be held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Ms. Moore was born in Detroit, Michigan, on June 5, 1954, to the late Eugene Moore, and to Faye Jones Moore. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. Along with her father, she is preceded in death by one grandchild, Wyatt.

Survivors include her mother, Faye Jones Moore; her significant other, Shannon Freeman of Cadiz, KY; three daughters, Jennifer Jones and her husband Casey of Cisco, Georgia, Ashley Akemon and her husband Aaron of Toccoa, Georgia, Caitlyn Jones and her husband Casey of Cadiz, KY; her two sisters, Cathy Lee and her husband William of Blairsville, Georgia, Lisa Rich and her husband Bobby of Blairsville, Georgia; and her six grandchildren, Holden, Hayden, Hazelynn, Andrew, Ethyn, Ely.
