Carolyn Lehman

Carolyn Perry Lehman, age 73, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021, at her home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, April 9, 2021, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Friday, April 9, 2021. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements. 

Carolyn Perry Lehman was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on November 5, 1947, the daughter of the late Ira and Charlotte Gray Perry. She worked at Flynn’s and Christian Health Nursing Home. She was a member of Hopkinsville Church of Christ. In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Lehman, Sr. in 2009; her sisters, Marilyn Ladd, Judy Reddick, and Sue Rogers.

Survivors include her son, Harry E. Lehman, Jr. of Hopkinsville; her daughter, Stephanie Lehman of Hopkinsville; five grandchildren, Amber Lehman, Brooke Lehman, Joseph Lehman, Sarah Lehman, and Aiden Lehman and one great grandson, Gunnar Crisp.
