Carolyn Faye Cook

            
Carolyn Faye Cook, age 64 of Hopkinsville passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 at her home of natural causes. Memorial services will be at a later date. Maddux- Fuqua- Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Cook was born October 19, 1956 in Florida. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Billy Joe Cook Sr., preceded Carolyn in death.

Survivors include her sons, Billy Joe Cook, Jr of Adams, TN, and Charles Cook of Hopkinsville; her daughters, Angel Cook, Tammy Hopkins of Clarksville, TN and Elizabeth Bagwell of Hopkinsville; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
