Billy Wayne Cottrell

            
Billy Wayne Cottrell, age 65, of Hopkinsville, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at his home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, October 25, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Belcher officiating and burial to follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Friday, October 25, 2019, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

Billy was born in Hopkinsville, KY on July 4, 1954, the son of Billy Ray Cottrell and the late Mildred Hardison Cottrell. He was an engraver of bowling balls at Ebonite, and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Eagles Club. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his son, Billy Ray Cottrell; and his sister, Sue Cottrell.

Survivors include his father, Billy Ray Cottrell of Hopkinsville; his son, Mark Cottrell of Hopkinsville; and his two brothers, Don Cottrell and his wife Valerie of Hopkinsville, Rodney Cottrell and his wife Mary Ann of Hopkinsville.
