Billy Dean Cravens

Billy Dean Cravens, age 86, of Madisonville Road, Hopkinsville passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at his home of natural causes. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM -2:00PM on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Mr. Cravens was born in Ellsworth, Ar. on July 4, 1932; the son of the late W.T. “Bill” Cravens and Rebecca Houser Turner. Billy was a veteran in the US Army serving during the Korean War. He was the owner of Billy Cravens Farm. Billy was a member of Lamar Baptist Church and was a Mason. He was preceded in death by his son, Eddie Cravens; his brother, James Cravens
Survivors include his daughters, Tamarah Cravens of Elizabethtown, KY, Mary Sims and her husband, Roy of Hopkinsville; and Betty Schulten and her husband, John of Louisville, KY; his brothers, John Cravens and his wife, Martha of Rison, Ar., Joe Cravens and his wife, Linna of Clarksville, Ar., Gery Cravens and his wife, Joan of Elaine, Ar. Jerry Cravens and his wife, Vickey of Sumrall, Ms., and Larry Cravens and his wife, Helen of Mt. Juliet, TN; his sister, Francis “Sis” Ranells and her husband, Whitman of Paris, Ar., his sister-in-law, Bea Cravens of Clarksville, Ar., nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
