Annie Collins, age 80, of Hopkinsville, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022, at Western State Nursing Facility of natural causes. Graveside service will be at a later date in Lewisburg Cemetery in Logan County. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Ms. Collins was born Jul 2, 1942, in Logan County, KY, the daughter of the late Boyce and Ora Collins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Henry and Ida Hutchinson.
She is survived by her wonderful caregivers and the support of Western State Nursing Facility.
