Paul W. Lancaster, age 81, of Daven Drive in Hopkinsville, passed away at 8:03 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at his home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 26, 2018, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Gray Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 25, 2018, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Mr. Lancaster was born in Christian County on April 18, 1936, to the late Pailo Huston and Mary Hazel Price Lancaster. He was retired from Pop Fastener. He was a member of New Ebenezer Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by six brothers, Ernest, Clarence, Dennis, Dudley, Harry, and Claude Lancaster; two sisters Cleo Snead and Gladys Mae Scott.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Barbara Lancaster of Hopkinsville; his son, Tommy Lancaster and his wife Lisa of Hopkinsville; one sister, Ruth Ann Cravens and her husband Eural of Hopkinsville; one grandson, Jared Lancaster; and one granddaughter, Allison Lancaster.
