   Charles “Chuck” Eugene Gasik, age 74 of Hopkinsville, KY passed away 3:09 PM November 20, 2017 at his residence of natural causes. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 27, 2017 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Burial will follow with Military Honors at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Monday, November 27, 2017 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Mr. Gasik was born June 16, 1943 in Chicago, ILL; the son of the late Lawrence and Viola Debald Gasik. He was a retired EMT and Firefighter and was a Vietnam War Veteran of the US Army and the US Marine Corps. He was a member of the Highland Volunteer Fire Department, Red Cross and the CERT Team One.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Bell Moore Gasik of Hopkinsville; his sons, Billy Ray Cottrell and Mark Wayne Cottrell both of Hopkinsville.
