Carolyn “Ghee” Ann Carey Delaney, age 73, of Hopkinsville passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Private Memorial services will be at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Carolyn was born December 19, 1943 in Seattle, Washington; the daughter of the late Lawrence and Violet Newharth Carey. She retired as a security guard from Charleston South Carolina Air Force Base. Carolyn was of the Catholic Faith

Survivors include her sons, James G. Delaney III and his wife, Katherine R. of South Carolina, and Jude M. Delaney and his wife, Rebecca of Oregon; her daughter, Katherine Delaney of Hopkinsville; and two grandchildren, Ella Grace and Remy James.
