Beulah Casada

         
   Beulah Thompson Casada, age 85, of Legion Circle in Hopkinsville, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017, at Christian Health Center of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 13, 2017, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in New Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
   Mrs. Casada was born May 9, 1931 in Pulaski County, KY to the late Steve and Desdia Hare Thompson. She was retired from Mid-Continent Springs after 22 years. Beulah was a member of Pleasant Green Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband Joy Melvin Casada in 1997; her son, Joseph Casada; her brothers, Harmon Thompson; her sisters, Violet Haynes, Bonnie Thompson, Letha Lowery, Shirley Bray, Viola and Zula Thompson.
   Survivors include her son, Johnny Melvin Casada and his wife, Pam of Hopkinsville, KY; her daughters, Elizabeth Dossett and her husband, Charlie of Hopkinsville, KY, Janet Crick and her husband, Danny of Hopkinsville, KY, and Senda Griswold and her husband, Richard “Griz” of Denver, CO; her brothers, Roy Thompson and his wife, June of Somerset, KY, Wayne Thompson and his wife, Myrtle of Crossville, TN, Orville Thompson and his wife, Bonnie of Somerset, KY; her sister, Jo Ann Thompson of Glasgow, KY; her grandchildren, April Wynn and her husband, Shannon of Cadiz, KY, Jessica Robertson and her husband, Dustin of Hopkinsville, KY, Cassie Crick of Hopkinsville, KY, Chris Casada and his wife, Tavia of Hopkinsville, KY, Adam Casada of Hopkinsville, KY, Rebecca McCarty and her husband, Blake of Ft. Collins, CO, Karen Patterson of Gilbert, AZ, Jenny Profita and her husband, Andrew of Gilbert, AZ, Rachel Griswold of Leadville, CO, Joshua Griswold of San Diego, CA, and Leah Smith and her husband, Jake of Colorado Springs, CO; her great grandchildren, Peyton Rojas, Lorali Robertson, Gracie Robertson, Gauge Casada, Gunner Casada, Casey Kay, Christian Kay, Connor McCarty, Emma Patterson, Zeke Smith and Hero Smith.
